Plain-language summary: PayLink is a free tool that helps you create a shareable payment-request link for apps you already use (like PayPal or Venmo). PayLink never touches your money, never sees your card or bank details, and does not require an account. You are responsible for confirming who you pay and how much.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PayLink website and tools available at tossmoney.site/us and related pages (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What PayLink Is (and Is Not)

PayLink is a link-generation utility. You enter a payment app username and, optionally, an amount and note. PayLink assembles that information into a shareable link and a preview page. That is the entire function of the Service.

PayLink does not process, hold, transfer, escrow, or have access to any money, funds, or payment credentials. All actual payments occur entirely within third-party applications (such as PayPal or Venmo), subject to those providers' own terms. PayLink is not a bank, money transmitter, money services business, payment processor, or financial institution.

2. No Affiliation With Payment Providers

PayLink is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to PayPal, Inc., Venmo, or any other payment provider. "PayPal," "Venmo," and all related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility. Your use of those apps is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any username, amount, or note you enter.
Before sending money, you must independently verify the recipient and amount inside your payment app. Payment apps generally cannot reverse a completed transfer.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age required by your payment provider) to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose, including phishing, scams, impersonation, extortion, money laundering, or requesting payment under false pretenses.

4. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated link will function correctly with any third-party app.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYLINK AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF MONEY, PROFITS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — including any payment you send to the wrong person, in the wrong amount, or to a bad actor. Because PayLink never controls or processes payments, you assume full responsibility for every transaction you make in a third-party app.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayLink and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
