This Privacy Policy explains how PayLink ("we," "us") handles information when you use tossmoney.site/us and related pages (the "Service"). It is written to be consistent with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA").
Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes limited technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, in server logs. This is used only for security, abuse prevention, and reliability, and is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy practices. We do not use it to build profiles of you.
The core PayLink tool does not require advertising cookies to function. If advertising is displayed on the Service, third-party ad networks may set cookies or use similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we will present a consent choice before non-essential cookies are set.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We do not knowingly disclose personal information to third parties except (a) service providers such as our host, acting on our behalf, or (b) where required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what personal information is collected; access or delete it; correct it; and opt out of sale or sharing. Because we do not maintain accounts or store your payment details, we typically hold no personal information tied to you to disclose or delete. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Payment apps generally require users to be 18 or older.
PayLink is operated from the Republic of Korea and delivered through a global content-delivery network. Any technical log data may be processed in various locations. By using the Service you understand that any such processing may occur outside your country of residence.
